The Stacey balloon valance is engineered form a lighter fabric that is designed to allow some light in while providing privacy. Made with percent polyester/percent cotton fabric creates a smooth draping effect, soft texture and easy maintenance. Stacey balloon valance is constructed with a 1.5-Inch rod pocket, decorative 2.5-Inch header and chamber to create the Poufs balloon effect. Width is measured overall 60-inches, length is measured at 15-inches from header top (ruffle above the rod pocket) to bottom of valance. For wider windows simply add multiple valances together on the same curtain rod.
