Lands’ End Men’s Barn Coat

We built our barn coat to mirror the classics. The outside is all cotton: a sturdy canvas fabric that’s treated to resist wind and water. Corduroy helps the collar keep its shape. And we’ve given you four pockets: two with flap closure and two with an open top for easy entry. Inside the coat you’ll find two linings. Soft flannel up top provides extra warmth through the chest and shoulders. Down low and through the sleeves, a smooth polyester makes it easy to slip into (and out of) and helps prevent fabric friction as you move. And because no good jacket is complete without an interior pocket, we threw one of those in, too, with a 7″ depth and a zipper for extra security. That’s the kind of attention to detail that would make Dad proud.
